  • Create a generic floor plan and turn it into actual product specifications
  • Produce detailed itemized bill of materials and installation plans
  • Select finishes and fabrics for each item

 

 

Order Processing

Order Processing

  • We check every line item, all finishes and all furniture specifications and lead times
  • We create a comprehensive sales agreement
  • We meet with you and our installation manager to set up an installation plan

 

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and Installation

  • We visit the site prior to installation
  • We protect and prepare your facility for delivery
  • We deliver, stage and install the furniture per the installation plans
  • We keep a full crew on the project until completion
  • We keep a detailed punch list on site for your review

 

Post Installation

  • We perform a walk through and compare our punch list to the actual installation
  • We provide you with a completion date for each punch list item
  • We sign off on any punch list items as they are completed
  • We provide you with a lifetime service warranty
